Brenda Handy is a proud native Houstonian who proudly describes herself as “a Texan for life.” As the Office Manager at Cano Immigration, she brings more than 26 years of legal experience, having served as a Court Clerk for both Civil and Criminal Courts with the Harris County District Clerk’s Office in Houston, Texas.

Brenda’s extensive knowledge of court procedures and records management is an invaluable asset to our team. She is highly skilled at obtaining civil and criminal court records efficiently, helping ensure our clients receive the support they need throughout their cases.

Known for her dedication, integrity, and compassion, Brenda is someone both our team and our clients can depend on. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to service make her an essential part of the firm.

Outside the office, Brenda has a lifelong passion for the arts. She earned an Associate Degree in Fashion Merchandising from Houston Community College and enjoys crafting, photography, and reading. Above all, she finds fulfillment in serving and supporting Houston’s diverse immigrant community.
